Ingredients

  • 1 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 c. flour
  • powdered sugar
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. raspberry preserves
  • 1 c. finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer.
  2. Add flour, beating well.
  3. Divide dough into 4 equal portions.
  4. Wrap each in plastic wrap and chill.
  5. Work with 1 portion of dough at a time; keep remaining dough chilled.
