Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Cointreau or other orange-flavored liqueur
  • 1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate

Instructions

  1. Place raspberries in the container of an electric blender or food processor; process until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar, orange-flavored liqueur, and orange juice concentrate; process until blended.
  3. Pour the mixture through a wire-mesh strainer; press with the back of a spoon to extract liquid.
  4. Discard the seeds.
  5. Serve with pound cake and additional fruit.
