Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced peaches or nectarines
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine peaches or nectarines, sugar, and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  2. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Combine raspberries and light corn syrup in a blender and puree until smooth.
  4. Add the raspberry mixture to the peach mixture and stir to combine.
