Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. soft butter or margarine
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 8 oz. Swiss style raspberry yogurt

Instructions

  1. Cream together butter and brown sugar.
  2. Beat egg and vanilla into the creamed mixture.
  3. Combine flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda, then stir into the mixture.
  4. Stir in the raspberry yogurt.
  5. Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
