Delicious stuffed mushrooms filled with savory sausage, garlic, basil, and bread crumbs, baked to perfection. Ideal for appetizers or entertaining guests with bold flavors.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut out stems from mushrooms and chop them finely; set aside.
  2. Brown sausage in a skillet and crumble as it cooks; drain well.
  3. Mix the cooked sausage, chopped mushroom stems, garlic, basil, steak sauce, and bread crumbs together.
  4. Place a little butter and steak sauce in each mushroom cap.
  5. Stuff the mushrooms with the sausage mixture.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden and heated through.
