Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. dry yeast
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 9 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 5 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. warm milk

Instructions

  1. Mix yeast with warm
  2. milk.
  3. Add
  4. salt,
  5. sugar,
  6. oil and eggs; mix well, then add
  7. flour
  8. (more
  9. if
  10. needed).
  11. Place in bowl about 1/3 larger than dough.
  12. Let
  13. rise
  14. to
  15. top of bowl. Work down with large spoon.
  16. Place
  17. on floured waxed paper and shape into rolls.
  18. Place in greased pan and let rise.
  19. Bake at 375° until brown.
