Ingredients

  • 3 lb. onions, sliced
  • 2 red bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp. celery seed

Instructions

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer until onions become clear.
  3. Pour the hot relish into pint jars and seal.
