Ingredients

  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can chili beans in chili sauce
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine the drained red kidney beans, chili beans in chili sauce, sliced celery, sweet pickle relish, chopped onion, and shredded Cheddar in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, blend mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Toss the bean mixture with the mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce blend until evenly coated.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle with corn chips on top.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
