Ingredients

  • 2 lb. turnips, pared and diced
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook turnips in a small amount of boiling salted water until tender, about 12 minutes.
  2. Drain the turnips.
  3. Combine melted butter or margarine, lemon juice, and snipped parsley.
  4. Toss the cooked turnips lightly with the mixture.
