- Bring three cups of milk to a rolling boil.
- Pour in buttermilk and let it simmer for 15 minutes, lifting the curds now and then.
- Pour off the whey and add raisins, cooking until only a small amount of whey remains in the pan.
- Add one cup of boiling milk and simmer.
- Finish by adding sugar and thickening the mixture.
- Cook until the flour is fully cooked. If the mixture is too thin, add a little dry flour and cook a bit more.
- Pour the mixture onto a platter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
