  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 1 medium clove garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with zucchini fritters.
