Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 teaspoons red food color
  • 1 cup Crisco oil
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 jars plum baby food
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  3. Bake for 1 hour at 300°F.
  4. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar over the cake after removing from the pan.
