Ingredients

  • 1 package Lipton onion soup
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • 6 to 8 small red skin potatoes

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam spray.
  2. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half.
  3. Place the potatoes in a bag with the onion soup mix and oil, then shake until all potatoes are coated.
  4. Transfer the coated potatoes to the prepared pan.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
  6. No additional liquid is needed during baking.
