Ingredients

  • very fresh red snappers
  • potatoes
  • green coloring
  • pineapple slices
  • lemon slices
  • Hollandaise sauce

Instructions

  1. Steam the red snappers until cooked through and bone them carefully.
  2. Arrange the steamed potatoes around the snappers as a base.
  3. Trim cold pineapple rings and tint them green with coloring.
