- Combine peanut butter, melted butter, confectioners sugar, vanilla, brown sugar, and salt with 2 tablespoons water in a large bowl, beating until well blended and mixture forms a ball.
- Pat the peanut butter mixture into a 7 x 11-inch pan, smoothing the top.
- Melt and blend the chocolate chips and oil together in a double boiler until smooth.
- Spread the melted chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer, smoothing the top.
- Allow to cool completely, then cut into squares.
