Ingredients

  • 15 oz. can pineapple chunks
  • 3 bananas
  • 15 oz. package sugar cookie mix
  • 8 oz. container whipped topping
  • 10 1/2 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from pineapple chunks into a small bowl.
  2. Slice bananas into the pineapple juice; set aside.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Prepare cookie dough according to package directions.
  5. Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
  6. Press dough into the pizza pan about 1/8-inch thick.
  7. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until edges begin to brown.
  8. Cool on a rack.
