Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. coriander
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 6 Macadamia nuts
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch or tapioca
  • 8 oz. rice flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind coriander, garlic, and macadamia nuts.
  2. Mix the ground mixture into a batter, adding 2 packages of Spanish peanuts.
  3. Scoop batter with a hostess spoon and fry until golden brown.
