Ingredients

  • 6 potatoes
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 onion
  • Grated cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Paprika

Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes until tender, then remove insides.
  2. Fry bacon until crisp and crumble. Fry onion in bacon grease.
  3. Mix grated cheese, bacon, onion, and sour cream with the potato insides.
  4. Stuff the mixture back into the potato shells.
  5. Bake at 300 or 325°F until warm.
  6. Sprinkle with a little paprika before serving.
