Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 (6 oz.) can water

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, chopped onions, beaten egg, uncooked macaroni, salt, pepper, and oregano in a mixing bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  3. Pour the water over the loaf.
  4. Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 50 minutes.
