Ingredients

  • 4 pkg. Buddig corned beef, cubed
  • 1 can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
  • 3/4 to 1 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. real mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Mix together the cubed corned beef, chopped sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and mayonnaise.
  2. Heat the mixture in the oven at 300° until warm and melted.
  3. Serve warm on cocktail rye or pumpernickel bread.
