- Separate the crescent rolls into 8 rectangles on an ungreased baking sheet, pressing perforations to seal.
- Layer equal portions of corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese in the center of each rectangle.
- Top each with Russian dressing.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold the dough in half, pressing the edges with a fork to seal.
- Brush the tops with butter and sprinkle lightly with poppy seed.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.
