Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 lb. corned beef
  • 1 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup real mayo
  • green onions to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix together the corned beef, sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, and green onions in a bowl.
  2. Put the mixture into a casserole dish.
  3. Cover and bake in a 350°F oven until hot, about 20-25 minutes.
  4. Uncover and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes to brown the top.
  5. Serve with cocktail rye bread.
