- In a large bowl, beat the eggs.
- Stir in milk, bread crumbs, chopped onion, and salt.
- Add ground beef and mix well.

- With wet hands, shape the mixture into 6 dozen meatballs.
- Bake in two 15 x 10-inch pans at 375°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Place meatballs on another baking pan and cool.
- Freeze if desired.
