A hearty breakfast casserole combining hash browns, eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheddar cheese, perfect for brunch or family mornings with rich flavors and satisfying textures.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Mr. Dell hash browns
  • salt and pepper
  • butter or margarine
  • 6 eggs
  • bacon or sausage, cooked
  • 12 oz. package Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13 inch glass pan with Pam spray and place the hash browns in the pan.
  2. Cut butter or margarine and distribute on top of the hash browns.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
  5. Once the hash browns are done, add cooked bacon or sausage over the hash browns.
  6. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the hash browns and meat.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the entire mixture.
  8. Bake at 350°F until the cheese is melted, brown, and bubbly.
