Ingredients

  • 1 can lima beans, drained
  • 1 can butter beans, drained
  • 1 can pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can Great Northern beans, drained
  • 1 can pork and beans, do not drain
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, browned and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Add the dry mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, and barbecue sauce to the bacon drippings and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the simmered mixture to the beans and bacon.
  3. Pour the combined mixture into a 3-quart casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour until heated through and bubbly.
