Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut up
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jell-O
  • 1/2 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Beat the egg and milk together and add to the flour mixture to form a batter.
  4. Press the batter into the bottom of a 9-inch square pan to form the crust.
