- Brown ground beef in skillet.
- Add puree with spices, onion and green pepper.
- Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Mix with cooked rice.
- Put in a baking dish and sprinkle with grated Romano. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
