Ingredients

  • 1 package Lipton mushroom rice
  • 1 package small frozen shrimp
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small jar mushrooms
  • 1 stick butter
  • garlic

Instructions

  1. Following directions on package, cook rice in a medium saucepan.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter.
  3. Add shrimp, diced onion, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  4. Season with garlic.
  5. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  6. Add prepared rice and simmer for 5 minutes.
