Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked Minute rice
  • 1 package chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 1 (12 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1 (8 oz) jar Kraft Cheez Whiz

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large shallow casserole dish, combine the uncooked Minute rice, thawed chopped broccoli, cream of chicken soup, milk, melted butter, chopped onion, diced celery, and Kraft Cheez Whiz.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Cover the casserole dish with foil or a lid.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes to allow the top to brown slightly.
  7. Remove from oven, let sit for a few minutes, then serve.
