Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. Ricotta
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 eggs
  • orange and lemon rind

Instructions

  1. Mix all of the ingredients with a mixer on medium until well combined.
  2. Follow your preferred recipe for the crust to prepare it separately.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 10-inch pie plate.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 1 hour until set and golden.
