Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal, crushed
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the crushed Rice Krispies in a large bowl.
  2. Melt the butter or margarine.
  3. Dip each chicken breast into the melted butter, then into the crushed cereal to coat.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 to 60 minutes, until cooked through and crispy.
