Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 4 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen Southern style hash browns

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, butter, sour cream, shredded Cheddar, and chopped onion; mix well.
  2. Stir in the cooked ham and thawed hash browns until evenly incorporated.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
