Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar or sugar substitute
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  2. Add the cooked rice, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and fold in the Cool Whip last.
