Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 pound mild sausage
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
