Ingredients

  • 4 c. rice
  • 1 can beans (pink)
  • 1/2 can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. sorito or onions or peppers
  • 5 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Put the oil in the pot and then add the sorito, onions, or peppers.
  2. Add the beans, water, and tomato sauce to the pot.
  3. Finally, add the rice to the mixture.
  4. Wait until the mixture dries and is cooked through.
