Ingredients

  • 4 c. milk
  • 1 c. Minute rice
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, rice, pudding mix, raisins, and egg in a saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium heat just until mixture comes to a boil. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice.
  3. Pour into bowls or custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
