Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken, cooked, skinned and deboned
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Combine cooked, skinned, and deboned chicken with chicken broth and hard-boiled eggs, then pour into a greased casserole dish.
  2. Mix self-rising flour, baking powder, softened margarine, and milk to make the batter.
  3. Pour the batter over the chicken mixture in the casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F until the top is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
