Ingredients
Instructions
- Saute garlic for 15 minutes.
- Add onions, peppers, chicken stock and spinach.
- Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Add other vegetables and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- Add tomato or V-8 juice, basil and seasoned salt; simmer for 2 hours.
