  • Small red potatoes

Instructions

  1. Take small red potatoes (new potatoes) and halve them.
  2. Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender.
  3. Slice green onions and sauté them in butter until tender.
  4. Melt Velveeta cheese into the butter and green onions to create a cheese sauce.
  5. Drain the cooked potatoes and pour the cheese mixture over them.
  6. Serve warm.
