Ritz Cracker Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 c. water
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, cream of tartar and water.
  2. Let come to boil.
  3. Drop in Ritz crackers.
  4. Add cinnamon to taste.
  5. Cook 1 more minute. Pour in unbaked pie shell.
  6. Cook until pie shell is done.
  7. Can't tell it from apple pie.
