Ingredients

  • 2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 25 Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Drain the pineapple and spread it evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the flour, shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, and shredded mild Cheddar cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the cheese mixture evenly over the pineapple.
  5. Crush the Ritz crackers and sprinkle them over the cheese layer.
  6. Pour the melted margarine evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Serve warm.
