Ingredients

  • 1 (6 lb.) lamb
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. marjoram
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. rosemary

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix crushed garlic with olive oil and spread on the lamb.
  3. Sprinkle the lamb with marjoram, thyme, rosemary, and flour.
  4. Pour white wine and water into the roasting pan.
  5. Roast in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 2.5 hours, basting frequently.
