Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed and wedged
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Melt butter and oil in a baking pan in the oven.
  3. Toss the scrubbed and wedged potatoes in the melted butter and oil.
  4. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder to season the potatoes.
  5. Bake until tender and browned, about 30 to 35 minutes.
