Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 c. diced tomatoes
  • 1 c. fresh mushrooms
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 can brown gravy

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour over a 3 to 5 pound beef roast. Cook in 350° oven for 4 hours.
