Instructions
- Place green beans and garlic cloves in small roasting pan.
- Sprinkle with olive oil and stir beans to coat.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Roast for about 20 minutes. 375 oven.
- Toast pine nuts
- Sprinkle cooked green beans with balsamic vinegar and add pine nuts. Can be served hot or room temp.
