Ingredients

  • 8 medium sweet red peppers
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Wash peppers and drain well.
  2. Place peppers on a cookie sheet and bake about 20 minutes in a preheated 450° oven, or until skin becomes blistered and charred.
  3. Turn peppers with tongs every 5 minutes while baking.
