Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 lbs American cheese cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 8 ounces salsa
  • 16 ounces refried beans

Instructions

  1. Fry ground beef until brown, then drain the grease and set aside.
  2. Put milk and American cheese in a heavy saucepan and melt over low heat.
  3. Mix in the cooked ground beef gradually.
  4. Add salsa and refried beans to the cheese mixture.
  5. Stir until well combined and heated through.
  6. Keep warm when serving.
