Rob'S Cheese Cake

- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine, and 1/2 cup sugar to make the crust.
- Grease a spring-form pan and coat the inside with the graham cracker mixture.
- In a mixing bowl, beat room temperature cream cheese, eggs, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared spring-form pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes.
- Cool the cheesecake for 10 minutes.
- Mix sour cream, 3 tablespoons sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla to prepare the topping.
- Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the cooled cake.
- Bake at 475°F for 5 minutes.
- Let the cheesecake sit for 8 hours or overnight before serving.
