Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • cinnamon
  • nutmeg
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and nutmeg to taste.
  2. 2. In seperate bowl mix egg, milk and oil. Add all at once to dry mixture.
