Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 6 heaping c. mini marshmallows
  • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 c. crisp rice cereal

Instructions

  1. Put butter, 3 cups marshmallows, chocolate chips, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan.
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate and marshmallows are melted.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in remaining marshmallows, walnuts, and rice cereal until well coated.
  5. Spread mixture into a greased pan and let cool before cutting into bars.
